Patty Croom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Liberty University, has spent most of her career in a Human Resources Manager or Director role, served as a board member for multiple not -for-profits, and has spent her life committed to giving a voice to the voiceless. Patty is also a certified Dream Manager, through Floyd Consulting.

Through the years Patty has volunteered her time as a CASA GAL/Advocate, has worked in a local homeless shelter, served as a photographer, donating her time and services, for local non-profit organizations during their fundraising efforts.

Patty has been married to her husband, for thirty-two years. They have four children and many grandchildren. Patty spends her free time gardening, canning, kayaking, motorcycle riding with her husband, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
