Let’s Connect

Hi friends,

I want to share something that feels deeply meaningful to me.

My journey into this work has been both personal and professional. Writing and publishing When Will She Be Better was a powerful step in my own healing and storytelling—but it’s only one part of a much larger purpose.

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and certification as a Dream Manager, I’ve spent my career walking alongside people—helping them grow, navigate challenges, and build meaningful lives both inside and outside of work. As an executive leader, I’ve also seen how workplace cultures can either support people…or unintentionally silence them.

What I’ve learned—through both lived experience and professional work—is this:
When people feel safe enough to be seen and heard, everything changes.

It changes how we heal.
It changes how we lead.
It changes how we show up for one another.

My work and passion live at the intersection of:

  • Healing and resilience

  • Trauma-informed leadership

  • Workplace culture and human potential

  • The power of storytelling to create meaningful change

I’m currently opening the door to more conversations and opportunities to connect. This includes:

  • Podcast interviews

  • Speaking engagements

  • Workshops and discussions around healing, leadership, and workplace culture

If you’re interested in collaborating, have read my book and would like to share your thoughts, or simply feel called to connect—I would truly love to hear from you.

If you (or someone you know) hosts a podcast, leads a team, or is planning an event that could benefit from these conversations, I welcome the introduction.

Please share your information below, and I will be in touch soon.
